Merkator Exchange Terms

By registering on Merkator Exchange you agree that you have read these and other extra terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Merkator Exchange, you may only register for one Merkator Exchange account.

Upon validation of Your account, You are automatically considered an AFFILIATE of OR2 AFFILIATE PUBLISHER NETWORK. Being only required to signup on Merkator Exchange or on any other available OR2's PARTNER System.


You may not promote Merkator Exchange in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other marketing systems or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Merkator Exchange in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Merkator Exchange account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Merkator Exchange.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Merkator Exchange is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

Each available membership will entitle You to receive UP to 50% Commissions derived from selling paid upgrades on Merkator Exchange and on any other available OR2's PARTNER System.


Besides what is explained on Merkator Exchange CASH BALANCE section, where You are allowed to withdraw any commissions derived from your customers (who signup on Merkator Exchange using any of Your personalized affiliate links) only after reaching 15 dollars in value, as an upgraded privilege of being an authorized AFFILIATE of OR2 AFFILIATE PUBLISHER NETWORK, You are also allowed to earn 100% PAYMENTS from any special SPONSORED RECOMMENDATION, receiving from your customers direct payments into Your Own PAYPAL account.
Therefore, OR2 will not pay you anything from this specific affiliate opportunities, which you can find on any OR2's Partner System in between of our own suggestions, our members websites and other marketing campaigns.

Yet, to be an AUTHORIZED AFFILIATE, all members of our systems that receive paypal payments directly on their own Paypal accounts must understand and accept Paypal TOS (Terms of Service) and related legal agreements which, for instance, protects all clients with a specific refund policy. For this or any similar purpose, any complain must first be communicated to the related SPONSOR (who sold the product) using our built-in message system or by email and, if not satisfied, then, informed to our administration via OR2 SUPPORT CHAT (or to the email support@or2webproductions.com) and, only after, if necessary or without any resolution, to the Paypal Disputes system.

Notice, not respecting any of this explained terms, permits OR2 to be able of suspending accounts, to remove the related affiliate status as well as to be entitled with the right of reporting any issue to more responsible authorities. Nevertheless, in any case, OR2 provides proper Technical Support related with any sponsored product.


Before submitting a URL to Merkator Exchange, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Merkator Exchange account may also be deleted.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites or banners in rotation comply with these terms. Yet, OR2 reserves the right of not authorizing the use of any rotator, specially justified as a free membership limitation or by any kind of suspicions.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No PTP sites (pay-to-click).

*No MLM sites (Multi Level Marketing) or Pyramidal Matrixes.

*Merkator Exchange has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate, questionable or with 'poor' layout, ruled by OR2 own Quality Control criterions and related online ethics.
